We are a small family business not a franchise. We have a work shop in Woodchurch,Kent from which we run courses in silver clay.
We can tailor to your needs as, from start to finish, everything is done by hand not machine adding that personal touch just for you.
We also cater for house parties with six or more of your friends and family in the comfort of your home. If you make a party booking with us, as a host you will receive 50% off your order providing it is placed at the party.
If you wish for us to attend your group such as primary school function, pre school, nursery, play group or another venue please Email or call and we can sort out a date.

Payment
We accept payment using all major debit/credit cards, Paypal and cheques. Once you are happy with your selection and you select checkout you will go through to paypals secure payment gateway.
Telephone orders
We are happy to process orders for you by telephone. Please use the telephone number in the contact section, If the call is outside normal business hours or the line is busy please leave a message with your daytime telephone number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Personalized orders
When you add a personalized item, you will be prompted to add your personalization information in the customized box provided, please check spelling, grammar and layout. It will be made exactly as you have entered it in the box. Any mistakes cannot be rectified once he order has gone through. If you order a personalized product over the telephone you will be given an order number and we will ask you to send your personalization instruction to us as soon as possible b email. Your order will not be fully processed ntilyou have done this, so it needs to be done as soon as possible as it may cause delay to your order.
Order processing
You will receive three emails from our site once you have placed and paid for your order, One is a direct notification from our website to say we have received your order, the second is notification for your card transacton. The last is to let you know your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive these emails please check your junk file or spam filter if they have not arrived in your in box. Orders can not be canceled once placed as they are made especially for you.
Free UK Delivery
All products on our website are posted to delivery destinations within the UK free of charge, We do not post to PO BOX addresses. Please allow additional time over the bank holidays and peak seasonal periods. We make Evey effort for it to arrive to you as soon as possible. Your item will be posted by either first class royal mail or recorded delivery.
Security and privacy policy - Data protection act
We are a secure on line store. When you order, We need to know your name, billing address,email,telephone, credit/debit card number and expire date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order. The only information will we keep on file is your email address for the purpose of keeping you informed of up and coming promotions. We will NOT pass any of your information onto any other parties.
Delayed / lost parcels
We maintain a record of posting for all orders. An email will be sent to you once your order HS been dispatched. You must notify us in writing via email stating your order name and number waiting 28 days of non arrival of you order. Claims cannot be made after this time. Please be aware silver finger print designs cannot be held responsible for royal mail or any other courier used failure to deliver on time/or at all once your order has been dispatched by us.
Item descriptions and photo's
All items and descriptions we have used on our site try to be as accurate as possible. Most items are shown larger than actual size. Sizes are stated in the drop down menu when you choose your shape. Sizes can vary slightly due to the firing process and shrinkage. Being hand made the color , shine and the finish of each product made will vary.
Refunds
Due to each item being hand made and unique to you we do not give refunds.
